Myself with my wife and kid opted for Jessica's service for Halong bay day tour and Nin Binh day tour both of them were organized beautifully and we enjoyed it a lot. I actually forgot my wallet in the hotel and I was supposed to pay to the agent directly but she was kind enough to talk to them and complete my trip and pay her post the trip completion. Also she helped to store our luggage and arrange for Airport transit from hotel and Forex change as well. In my 3 days stay at Hanoi my great support was Jessica and her smile always ! such a great person and a pure soul willing to help and support everyone.
